Including notebook scoped python wheel files

Question

I tried adding a wheel file for branca in my notebook but I seem to be getting this error:

%pip install dbfs:/FileStore/jars/testxyz-09765-sade34/branca-0.4.2-py3-none-any.whl

Would anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Python interpreter will be restarted.
WARNING: Requirement 'dbfs:/FileStore/jars/testxyz-09765-sade34/branca-0.4.2-py3-none-any.whl' looks like a filename, but the file does not exist
Processing ./dbfs:/FileStore/jars/testxyz-09765-sade34/branca-0.4.2-py3-none-any.whl

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/spark-c07a36d5-ec71-4cd9-b0ec-df/dbfs:/FileStore/jars/testxyz-09765-sade34/branca-0.4.2-py3-none-any.whl'

Error: When used path as dbfs:/ as %pip install dbfs:/FileStore/jars/wheels/branca-0.4.2-py3-none-any.whl

Success: When used path as /dbfs/ as %pip install /dbfs/FileStore/jars/wheels/branca-0.4.2-py3-none-any.whl
