Microsoft Outlook for Mac

Hi. I've added my iCloud account to Outlook for Mac but I've noticed any emails I download to it (or save to a folder) don't then sync with my other devices.

Can anyone help?

    Welcome to our forum!

    Did you add your iCloud account as IMAP account like this?

    If so, as I know, to obtain emails from multiple devices, we need to select the "leave a copy of each message on the server" option.

    By the way, some contents of Icould that outlook for Mac does not support synchronization at the beginning of the article. Please remember to check it.

    Thanks... due to being on vacation, I've not had a chance to look into this yet. Thanks for getting back to me though. I'll take a look very soon :)
