Who created my Microsoft Teams account?

Hi,

I am trying to create a Microsoft Teams account for my company, but I received a message saying that we already have one (using our business email). However, nobody knows who created it. How could I contact/find the creator of this account?

    If you have an organization account, a Microsoft Teams account has been made by your company's IT administrator.

    You could contact to your IT support to get more information.

    Hi!

    According to your description, it seems someone has already set up Teams for your organization.

    To my knowledge, if your e-mail domain has ever been registered with a test tenant or previously part of Office 365 before it would prevent you from creating free Teams. In this case, we recommend you contact your IT administrator to find out who manage this domain.
