This is my first use of Azure on a personal account. I'm trying to register a domain name for a web site that I'm working on. When I attempt to purchase the domain name through Azure App Service Domains, I get the following error:

"Resource cannot be created because the subscription doesn't have a sufficient payment history. Refer to docs for more info. https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2172552"

I'm not using any Azure free credits and I don't have any purchase history since this will be my first spend on Azure. I recently updated the card I have on file to make sure I was good to go for a few years as my previous card was expired.

I would prefer to purchase the domain through the Azure portal keep all of my expenses for this consolidated.

    Hi, @Seth Thoenen

I have seen the following thread as well.
I think it can be difficult for the community to come up with a technical solution.
    Please contact Azure support.
