I am receiving spoof emails from someone using an Azure IP.

How can I ensure emails from this Azure IPs and other Microsoft related public IPs cannot be sent through?

More generally, all of the spoof emails I am receiving are using Microsoft products to hide their identity (e.g. the above as well as prod.protection.outlook.com), can anything be done about this?
