Multiple user accounts in C:\Users directory

Question

Multiple user accounts created in C:\Users directory , each time an Okta user is authenticated to a window server .

For example when I log in using Okta , my home directory will have after a while I'll have several home directories :

C:\Users\mkhalifa
C:\Users\mkhalifa01
C:\Users\mkhalifa01

What is the best way to stop this issue from occurring ?

only user who are authenticated and RDP from Okta to window machine. Regular user who RDP without using Okta are not affected at all

Sounds very much like an Okta problem. Might try asking here about the issue.

Other user are not affected , only user who are authenticated and RDP from Okta to window machine. Regular user who RDP without using Okta are not affected at all.

Thanks for the suggestion . However , Okta is a saying this is rather a window not an Okta issue .

I agree with you Patrick , it is an Okta issue . I have a case open with Okta already .
