use `com.databricks.spark.sqldw` in synapse spark pool

Azure provide this connector for communicate with azure synapses using polybase technique on databricks, And I think this connector is inbuilt to databricks, so the Azure Synapse connector is not available as JAR file for external use.

can you confirm that Azure Synapse connector is not available as JAR file for external use, for example use in azure synapses spark pool notebook (I know for that azure provides this connector).

    Unfortunately, the com.databricks.spark.sqldw library are not available externally.

    Note: We do not ship the connector JAR separately i.e., via public repos.
