Teams App crashes

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this.

I have a user who reported this issue to us.

Their teams crashed during mid-call. This was after the Teams camera wasn’t working.

    Does this issue persist all the time?

    Are there any error messages when Teams app crashes?

    To exclude the client issue. it firstly recommends you try to use Teams web client to see if this issue can be reproduced. If there is no issue in Teams web client, then try to follow these steps to clear your client cache file and restart it:
