Teams work and school Stuck at "Loading" on Windows 11 Computers

I have several Windows 11 computers in which the Teams app gets stuck with the message "Loading" when starting up. It seems this issue started when they broke Teams up into two different apps, the home user one, and the "work and school" versions. If doesn't do it on every Windows 11 computers, but I would say nearly half of them.

I have done the following to diagnose:

1) Deleted all Teams applications.
2) Deleted all Teams folders left over in C:\Users{users}\AppData\Roaming, Appdata\Roaming\Microsoft, and \Appdata\Local\Microsoft folders.
3) Run Online Repair for Office 365.
4) Reinstalled Teams.

This procedure fixed the issue on one computer, but did nothing for others. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate it.

this has probably already been covered, But - this issue can sometimes happen on a corrupt roaming profile.

so if you apply the %appdata% fix, when you next log in the same issue applies.

you would need to fix the corrupt profile first then apply these fixes.

In win10/11 there is a teams machine wide installer that used to conflict with other teams installations.

I went to %AppData%\Local\Microsoft\Teams and ran Update.exe and after it finished, my MS Teams started to work again.
