Actionable message not showing up on Macs

Hi All,

For some reason my actionable messages are not showing up on Macs outlook or cloud or even iPhone. It works on an iPad and PC, and even on an Android. Any way to make this consistent or troubleshoot on the Mac?

What do you mean by "actionable messages"? Just like deleting or moving messages? Or something else?
And where did you do these "actionable messages"? In Outlook desktop client in Mac? If so,what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version.

In addition, does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?

Do other people around you encounter the same issue?
