Databricks Delta Live Tables: Waiting for resources

On premium plan, Delta Live Table - Pipeline starts and fails "waiting for resources". Only trying to run sample python notebook given in Quick Start

Does your Delta Live Tables pipeline fails as "waiting for resources"? Could you please share the screenshot with error message?

As per my observation, Waiting for resources is a info message, where it creates a job cluster in the backend.

I just followed steps mentioned in the Delta Live Tables quickstart and execute successfully without any issue.
