Pre defined call url

Hi, looking for an option to create a video call url for a future call (pre defined). Is this possible with ACS?

I would like to implement ACS in my system and require to generate a video call access link in advance and notify customer regarding the link.
It means when the schedule time arrives, the customer can click on the given link and turn the video call on.
It means I can generate a pre-defined video call session URL in advance and it will work when the time is on.

@matt-al , Thanks for the follow-up and additional info.

Currently, the Rooms service already supports scheduling calls at predefined times and with predefined participants. We do not have the built-in ability to create a "one-click to join" link yet, but based on your requirement, you could create/ implement this manually. Sharing concept and quick start docs for Rooms service (below).

Note: The Rooms functionality described on the doc section is currently in private preview.

Our product engineering team is working on having a one-click join URL feature with the scheduling, but we do not have an ETA to share on this yet.

The private preview links are not working, giving 404 error message on the page.

Since this feature is in preview (Room), what's the alternative?

Can I generate a meeting URL on the fly? Let's assume a patient gets a unique URL with a booking Id in it. Once the URL is clicked, the backend trusted services, capture the booking details, it can generate a ACS meeting link that can be redirected to ACS user interface where the doctor can have the same experience and eventually have 1:1 meeting. However, we cannot have another person in the meeting.
It means we don't really set a predefined URL, it is more application based custom URL.
However, my application does not have an user account (sign up/sign in) capability yet, so this goes against the identity management in the product.
Does it sound doable without Room feature? Plus, is this can be mapped with MS Teams?

We had a discussion on this, currently the Rooms service' would be best for this requirement, (Rooms service supports scheduling calls at predefined times and with predefined participants, the functionality is currently in Private Preview). However, matt-al-4005 cannot leverage this service for their prod environment, our product team is following up on this further.

For others wanting to try this private preview functionality, you may apply to become an early adopter by filling out the form (as mentioned in the doc) for preview access to Azure Communication Services.
