Outlook not working through 3rd party program (Ostendo) Is this a security issue causing these errors

This is the outlook message I receive when trying to send a purchase order through Ostendo the 3rd party program that we link to Outlook to send Purchasse orders out in a much more efficient way. I'm the only one that has this issue in the business. I recently started and this is one of the IT issues I'm getting.

Could this be a security issue where Windows is in part blocking the program or my outlook when it is sent through this 3rd party program?

Ostendo also uses a "virtual desktop" when in use - so it's similar to running 2 operating systems at the same time. We run outlook in both "desktops"
The computer I'm using is running on WIndows 10Pro 64-bit
with Kaspersky Office Security running also

FYI
I have hidden email address recipients in the error message as email address

    Hi @Nicholas Parry ,

    Welcome to our forum!

Your message is larger than the size limit for messages. Please make it smaller and try sending it again.

From the error report, this issue may occur due to the attachment limits. Generally, there are different attachment limits between mail providers, for example, if you are an Office 365 for business user, the default attachment size limits is 150MB for Outlook client, 35MB for Outlook Web App.

May I know which mailbox you are using? If you are using an Exchange account, please confirm that the attachment size with your Exchange Administrator.

If that attachment size is more than a limit as Microsoft defined, to workaround it, you may compress the file or upload the file/document to oneDrive then share the link in the email.

More information you can refer to in the link below: Send large files with Outlook
