Hi Guys
Outlook 2016 added teams appointment error, The user account in Outlook and Teams do not match. Hi @Tony Mu

The error message could be caused by the feature flag that controls account comparison behavior called EnableTeamsAccountComparison is true. When the value is true, it will do account comparison check. But there is no official document talking about it now. If the official document published, we will share it with you.

Many Windows and Office patches have been updated to solve the problem, but I am not sure which one is the problem. Could you help me locate the patch that caused the problem?

Thanks for your update and glad to see it has been resolved!

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams. Considering this issue was resolved by install office patches, we recommend you open a new ticket in Office forum to find it.
