Outlook Calendar declined meetings not reflecting as declined for reoccuring individual meetings

Question

In the main outlook calendar view, a reoccurring meetings individual meeting was declined by the other party, but in the main calendar view, it still shows as accepted. When you go into that individual meeting, it will then reflect as declined. Is there a way to reflect this declined meeting another way without having to click into the individual meeting?

As I know, there may be no option that could check declined meeting and auto-cancel it in Outlook.

For your requirement, I have researched a lot and found some related vba scripts that mentioned how to check declined meeting response and perform any operations on it. So as a suggestion, please try to refer to these articles and develop your macro to check:
