21H2 Issues I am seeing

What I am having issues is with the start menu and task bar, also with once an application is started the user gets into a activation loop. When trying to access the start menu with left-click - nothing happens but right-click works. On the taskbar left-click does work but right-click does not. But when a user tries to open Word, Outlook, etc. they get slapped with entering activation creds and it keeps bringing them back to the same spot for activation. Has anyone else seen this? The issue is that it is happening spuradically. The only common thing is the update 21H1 to 21H2.

    Hi, @Cmontanez
You can try uninstalling the Office product key and then reinstalling the product key.

    1. Run CMD as administrator
    2. Enter and press Enter to execute
      cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16 (32-bit needs to enter cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16)
    3. Enter and press Enter to execute
      cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
    4. Check the last 5 digits of the key of the corresponding Office product
    5. Enter and press Enter to execute
cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:#####(##### is the last 5 digits of the product key)
    6. Enter and press Enter to execute
      cscript ospp.vbs /act
    7. Open Word and log out of the account, and then log in again to see if the problem is solved.
