Whenever there is a new version of PowerShell released, it will take up to two weeks for the version to become available in the Windows Update.

Updating powershell via Windows Update

Hello,
I have enabled updating powershell via Windows Update, using the .msi installer.
Sadly, while there is a prompt in powershell that there is a new version available, nothing shows up in Windows Update yet.
Is it because Windows Update serves new powershell builds later?
I have selected option in Windows Update to serve other Windows products updates as well.
Thank you.
