    Hi @Vardhan Joshi ,

    Welcome to our forum!

What's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please make sure you have upgraded your Outlook and windows to the latest version.
And does this issue occur recently? If so, have you done any specific operations before that?
In addition, does this issue occur with other office programs(such as Word, Excel) and does this problem occur on other VMS?

If the issue only occurs with Outlook client, considering the impact of some add ins, It is suggested that you try to start outlook in safe mode(win+R>type: outlook /safe) to check whether it works normally.

If this is still the issue in safe mode, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account for testing to check if there are some differences.

On the other hand, considering the impact of some third-party programs on your computer, please try to perform a clean boot for windows and check if the issue still occur.

In addition, based on my research on the error code "0xc0000374", I found an article that mentioned it and introduced some factors that may affect this. It's suggested that you could refer to this: Fix: Update Error 0xc0000374 on Windows 10.

    Hello,

Thank you for your question and reaching out.
    As per your Query,
There are many reasons behind Outlook closing abruptly, such as corrupted Outlook files or system files, too many add-ins, etc.
The first thing we need to Do is to Update the App and Windows,
Now we need to check Weather the outlook is working fine with the Safe mode, considering the impact of some add ins, I Wiil suggest you to try to start outlook in safe mode
    (win+R>type: outlook /safe). and check

Check any faulty add-in enabled for Office applications:
You may use application safe for each Office application to open for example open Run (press Windows key + R), type winword /safe, excel /safe for Word and Excel respectively. If it works fine, disable the add-ins using File > Options > Add-ins for each applications
    Incompatible printer driver:

Change the default computer printer to XPS Document Writer using Control Panel and verify the status.
Security software installed on the computer conflicting with Office applications:
Enable Clean-boot then try to use Office application to find if any Non-Microsoft software is causing the issue.

Note: enable Normal Start-up after troubleshooting.
    Corrupt Windows User Profile:
Create a new Windows Administrator user account and check if it prevents Office application crash.

I will also recommend you to execute some commands
    sfc /scannow
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

    And see if it helps,
