Error 403 when using GSuite to Outlook migration service

I'm trying to migrate my mail account (mailbox+calendar+contacts) from GSuite to Outlook Online using the migration functionality available on Exchange 365 admin console, and after a couple of hours running I receive the following error message:

Erro: GooglePermanentWebException/WebException: Error: The API call to Google ended in the error: uri=https://www.googleapis.com/calendar/v3/users/me/calendarList?maxResults=250 response={ "error": { "code": 403, "message": "Google Calendar API has not been used in project (project ID) before or it is disabled. Enable it by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/apis/api/calendar-json.googleapis.com/overview?project=(project ID) then retry. If you enabled this API recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry."

I understand I should enable Google Calendar API on that project, but I can't find the project on my Google Cloud Platform console. Any suggestion on how to resolve this issue?

    However, I can't find any error details on the GooglePermanentWebException error. How did you find the details (the full message) of this error?
