Create app for MS Teams using GitLab and Heroku

Hello everyOne,
I am new here and I would like create my first app to putting on Teams store.
After searching in Teams developer env, I just found Azure, GitHub and GitLab.
Do you know if it's possible to deploy my app on GitLab and Heroku (& in the end put on MS Teams store) ?
