they can ping the domain from the internet they just cant access the website they can access it throught vpn over the local ip address i deleted the default site
IIS website not accessible in windows server 2019
I am trying to host a simple website in IIS I can access it locally with no issue but when i got to the internet i get nordstromfamily.net took too long to respond error in my browser I checked my firewall added the correct rules in for both windows firewall and my main firewall i even disabled windows firewall i know it is not a port forwarding issue i also checked ping and i can ping my domain name from the internet and all my friend can ping it too i dont know what i need to do

2022-06-10T03:00:25.44+00:00 Ping doesn't help to identify the website access, I would suggest you to perform a telnet test on the port of website that you specified. Default website shall be using 80/443 and the subsequent sites you create will not be using the same port unless you specify it.
Maybe try to check what port you're using and try to telnet from internet.
