How do I get my Outlook calendar to sync into my MS Teams Calendar?

I have both Outlook laptop app and also the MS Teams app, but can someone help in the steps necessary to sync my outlook meetings into my Teams calendar. In Outlook under the calendar view, I do have the MS Teams meeting Addin, but my Teams calendar is blank and I would ultimately like Teams to reflect my availability when I'm in a meeting.

Hello, actually no, we have our works domain (associated to my outlook) and then a not for profit login which was given to me by microsoft which the Teams is associated to. Not sure how to get around that.

Thanks for the information.
While you may need to use the same Office 365 account because it is by how Teams integrate with Outlook: the Teams calendar syncs with the calendar in the corresponding Exchange Online mailbox.
If you are using another mailbox hosted by other email service, there is no way for Teams to get these information.

If possible, you may consider adding the same Office 365 account in your Outlook and copy the events created in your email account to the calendar of the Office 365 account to have the events synced with Teams.
