Hi,

we have a requirement of creating SharePoint site, which will be used to collect new ideas within a company and if it comes to merit after submission on this site using form etc, it will go through approval process.

Do we have any templates out there which i can refer to showcase to my team?

Thanks

Microsoft 365 and Office SharePoint For business Windows

    Hi @Audi86 ,

Thank you for your reply. Glad you have a solution to your problem, even though it's an old template, I'll put this template into the solution so others can know about it. If you have any issue about SharePoint, you are welcome to raise a ticket in this forum.

By the way, since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. By Audi86:
    Create a community site.
Created in the Active sites of the SharePoint admin center, select more templates in other options, and then the Community site template in the collaboration tab.

    Hi @Audi86 ,

You could create forms through Microsoft Forms so that employees can share their ideas with the company, and then use flow to store the information in the form in a list that has been created in SharePoint.
