Issue Symptom:
We have a need to create a SharePoint site that will be used to gather new ideas within the company and if there is merit after submitting on that site using forms etc, it will go through the approval process. Do we have any templates for reference SharePoint pages to show to my team for idea submission and collaboration?

Create a community site.
Created in the Active sites of the SharePoint admin center, select more templates in other options, and then the Community site template in the collaboration tab.
