SCCM - Feature Update from Win 1909 to 20H2 is failing

Hi Guys,
We wanted to upgrade all Win 10 - 1909 to 20H2 using Feature Update in SCCM.
I have tried Servicing Plan and directly created a update group and deployed the feature update to few clients.
all of them are failing.
the updates are running for like 3 hours but then after 3 hrs , i get a status that it has failed. i have attached teh screeenshot for your reference.
could you suggest a way to fix this ?

PS: i am trying Task Sequence to upgrade the OS but i am having with it as well. but its differnet story and i will post a seperate question for that.

    Have you checked panther logs? There may be some environmental blockers like third party encryption or AV.

    Hi,

    Please check the UpdatesDeployment.log to see if there is any furher information. Here is a similar thread for your reference. The anti-virus software is blocking updates:

    Hi,

    If possible, we could update to the latest Configuration Manager version 2203 to have a try. The Windows Feature Updates known issue is fixed in KB13953025.

    Windows Feature Updates do not apply as expected due to a timing condition during shutdown of the SMS Agent Host service (CCMExec.exe).
