Public Folder doesn't visible in outlook

Question

Hello.
When I use outlook client, I don't see public folder. (I know what need switch to folder "ctrl + 6" ).
This is problem for all my users.
But if I use OWA, then I see public folder.

Server exchange server 2019 build 858.5 and outlook client version 16.

Get-PublicFolderClientPermission "root" directory "\"

Get-PublicFolderClientPermission my public folder "\Test"

Try creating the new folder directly in Outlook and see if you can see it then

Do you have more then one public folder mailbox?
Wonder if its not replicating correctly.

Get-PublicFolderMailboxDiagnostics <pfmailboxname_notreceiving_hierarchy> -IncludeHierarchyInfo

If you have only one or this still doesnt work, consider creating a new folder and moving any existing data to it
