    I understand you are looking to integrate ServiceNow with Azure AD using OAuth.

    Microsoft provide the document to integrate Azure AD with ServiceNow using SAML protocol only.

    To integrate any application with Azure AD using OAuth, application need to register in Azure AD and appropriate permissions and ServiceNow redirect URI needs to provide in Azure AD application registration.

    However, ServiceNow provides the steps to integrate with Azure AD using OAuth2: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/paris-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-management2/task/azure-ad-integration.html
