POWERPOINT crashing

Question

Hi,

I am trying to record a PowerPoint presentation on the slideshow, but it keeps crashing after 10 seconds or so.

Please help

Hi, @Mark Lerwill (Student)

1. Disable all add-ins in Files - Options - Add-ins.
2. Turn off the antivirus software.
3. Clean up background apps.
4. Roll back the version of Office, which requires you to download the Office Deployment Tool and select the old version of Office in the web version of Office Customization Tool.
