Email problem (Outlook)

My business email was migrated over from GoDaddy to Outlook a while ago. Just a little bit ago, I was told to log in again. When I went to log in, I had to do it in the Authenticator and my password did not work. The account is now locked and I need to unlock it. First, why did this happen, and second, who do I have to contact to get Mircosoft to unlock my account?
