I have been regularly communicating with a group of 40 members using outlook groups. Two days ago I started getting this message: The recipient's email system isn't accepting messages now. Please try resending this message later or contact the recipient directly. No one is receiving my messages and I am not getting a copy.
Please advise! Thanks! Beth
ps - I cleared my cache.

    Welcome to our forum!

    Are you sending emails to Outlook.com groups?

    If so, based on my research on the error you provided, this is unfortunately a known issue. Microsoft is in fact aware of this and working on a fix. Right now, the only thing we can do is to wait for the fix to be rolled out. I will post back as soon as the issue is updated.

    Hey @Beth Nolan Conners ,
    typically this is a Non-delivery message kicked back because one or more group recipients email server refused the message.
    Can you confirm if some of the members of your group did receive your message?

    There are 40 members of the group and we are all different email systems. We are volunteers for a local fair (I'm the secretary). So far everyone I've asked has not received the messages I've been trying to send since Sunday. The email that is undeliverable is listed as the group email (boltonfair@groups.outlook.com) .

    I tried sending to another group and the same thing happened. Could it be my laptop?

    I’m getting the same error and have been for several days. This is a 40 member group and recipients are on all sorts of different emails systems. No one received any of my repeated attempts to send a new message. I’ve been using this group for months without issue until this past week.

    This seems to be a Microsoft issue. Looking forward to knowing when it will be fixed.

    BTW - same error exists if I use the Outlook app or if I log in using a browser.
