What is the API Key to provide for Video indexer in Logic App

For API key you have to first sign in to Azure Video Indexer Developer Portal

Please refer the below Microsoft Doc to get more details about it,

After login to Azure Video Indexer Developer Portal, you can find the Primary Key and Secondary Key. And this key you have to use there,
