I have invite a customer into my Azure group and have assign roles. However, it can't sign in on the PC, it told me that I should use school or work account to sign in. OK, I use UPN(User subject name) to sign in, but I don't know the password, I try to use the Microsoft account's password corresponding to the UPN, it told me the wrong password. When i try to reset the password, it told me I have no permission under this condition. I am so Confused. How can I invite a customer and let him use the unified label.

Hi @训帆 付 , if I understand your question correctly and your customer isn't a part of your domain, you can send them an invitation as an external user. Once accepted you should be able to assign them the roles needed for this. Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
