In order to verify your issue, could you please provide some detailed information?
- Do other regular sent emails show up normally in your sent folder?
- Has this problem happened suddenly recently or has it always been a problem? Have you performed special operation？
- Does the issue also exit on the web?
- What type of account are you using?
