how does delegation work in Outlook

I'm set up mailbox delegation in exchange 2013 for a user.

However, how does it work in Outlook 2013... ? I'm looking for the pulldown to send but doesn't appear.

I do see two mailboxes list in the left pane under default "User3" profile, but how do i send as ???

    Delegate is Send on Behalf, which is usually the legally required model.
    For Send As, an administrator needs to grant you these permissions.
