Distance between data centers in UKSOUTH region?

Can I ask what is the physical distance between the data centers/availability zones in the UKSOUTH region?

Also, for backups stored in UKSOUTH, can I ask if they are distributed across multiple availability zones?

Physical isolation: Azure strives to ensure a minimum distance of 300 miles (483 kilometers) between datacenters in enabled regions, although it isn't possible across all geographies.
