You need more cores to created HDInsight clusters (Head Node needs at least
4coreX2nodes, Zookeeper node
2coresX3nodesand worker node
You will experience this error message
There are not enough cores available to support the selected number of nodes. when you don't have enough cores available in the region.
While creating the HDInsight cluster you can checkout the core usage per region and if you need more core you can open an HDInsight quota increase support case which is FREE of cost.
