The Wi-Fi list cannot be displayed after upgrating my Windows 10 laptop, only Airplane mode was listed.

I checked the wireless network driver in driver manager and it worded fine, and the WLAN device was also working fine.

I tried rebooting, but it didn't work, there was still no Wi-Fi list after rebooting.

Does anyone has such problem?

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

As KapilArya suggested, you could try to turn off Airplane mode to see if the issue can be resolved. If the issue still existed, I would suggest that you could try the following methods to see if the issue can be resolved.

    Option 1

Open Settings and locate to Network and Internet, find Network reset and click it. If the issue still existed, please try the following method.

    Option 2

    1. Press Win+R to open Run, insert services.msc, click OK to open Services
    2. In Services window, locate to WLAN AutoConfig and right click it, select start to enable this service. Then right click WLAN AutoConfig and please update the Startup type to Automatic, click Apply and OK to see if the issue can be resolved. 24097-image-1.jpg

    Hello,

You need to make sure Airplane mode is turned off, so you can list wireless networks.

    Hi Weisun,
what kind of update did you perform?
If you are using third-party Firewall / Antivirus or VPN software, try to uninstall them temporarily, otherwise restore your computer to the date before the update.

Hi all, sorry for the late reply since I didn't receive any notification. My problem was resolved by resetting network. Thanks for all your reply.

Thanks. The network reset worked for me but only after uninstalling my VPN (Nord).
