Hi all. It looks like I mistakenly deleted Service Administrator for a Subscription and presently there is neither Service Administrator nor Account Administrator on our Subscription. I have to renew a billing information and register the credit card information but no one is able to make an amendment even view the billing page. Does anyone know how to set up Service Administrator and Account Administrator on an existing Subscription? (I don't wish to re-build the Subscription)
Thank you in advance.

@takeuchi kiyoko , If a user with mentioned role was deleted in the last 30 days, you will be able to restore them from Azure AD using the steps as mentioned in the following article:
    View your restorable users

Also, if you are Global Administrator in Azure Active Directory, you can elevate your access to all subscriptions and management groups and assign roles. Please see the following link for details:
Elevate access to manage all Azure subscriptions and management groups

You can also access the following link to understand the steps required to change the Service Admin and transfer ownership of subscription to another user (Change account admin) for subscription: Class Administrators Role
    Change the Service Administrator
    View/Transfer Account Administrator

Please let me know if you have any questions.
