Outlook view is getting changed in owner's mailbox

Delegated user has full access to owners with auto-mapping disabled when delegated user try to change the view in the outlook even the owners view is getting changed. also users don't want to enable the auto mapping as the owner's mailbox sizes more than 40 GB

- Do you configure the owner's mailbox together with delegate's mailbox in one profile?
- And how did the delegate change the view?
- Does this issue occur with a specific user or all users?
