User is not able to login on portal.azure.com

Dear Concern, I have invited user rameez from the Default active directory to access the Azure portal but after accepting the email invitation link rameez user redirected to the URL (myapplications.microsoft.com) where he cannot see any application visible on that URL also he is not able to log in on (portal.azure.com). The user was assigned specific roles and also compared the user configuration from other users which are functioning properly. We are facing this issue for the last one week. Please look into this matter at your earliest convenience.

    Hi @Rameez Sheraz , this may be because you need to add your email as an external user. Your domain most likely doesn't recognize you because you have not configured this option. Please let me know if this works or not.

    Hello James,

    Thanks for your response. Yes my user identity is mail It should be external AD as of other users in the default directory.
    Can you guide me how can i add user as external user its already has added in the directory.
