Hello Everyone, Webemail inbox and sentitems folders disappeared for user. Can someone please suggest the troubleshooting steps.Thank you .

    You can try recovering deleted items in Outlook Online.

    Sorry, i have tried this but no luck there is no emails on recovery deleted items.
