Why strange incident is often occured on MS ontlook app of my cellphone?

Question

How can I find out the phenomenon on the iphone?

Is the signs of takeover,etc?

Contact information in MS outlook app was updated without my permission.

I asked about the above issue to MS support desk,but no one has explained it to me.

I requested disclosure of the app's operation logs, but he or she rejected it.

I don't know what I can do to solve it.

Use the following steps to view information related to sign-ins and secure your account.

1) Check your sign in activity on your account:

See when and where you've used your account (you should be able to locate if there has been someone else signing into your account here).

2) Sign yourself out of all trusted devices:

3) Turning two-step verification on or off for your Microsoft account

Add a new way such as Text a code or other options to stop the use of single factor authentication (password only).

Thank you good information.

But I have already done it.

the below what I have done.

1. I checked sign in activity. But I couldn't find strange tracks.
2. I have already set two-step verification.
3. I use MS Authenticate app.

concering about the above No 1,
IP address is displayed in sign-in activity.but the IP-address is tempopary address( maybe called-leased),so I can't use it to solve this strange issue, MS support advised.

I haven't got alart messages from MS about unauthorized sign-in yet.

All I have to do is requesting disclosure of App's log.

but I don't know whom , how to request above it.
