Hi! First time working with Azure, but not my first time with Closed Captioning. How can I go about editing the CC "outside" the internet browser. Azure is giving me all kinds of issues while editing inside my safari browser. Can I take it out of Azure and edit on another platform (Text edit, Microsoft Word etc.) and upload it back to the video? Thanks in advance!

P.S.
we have tried opening up different windows, 1 for the player, and 1 for the captioning. still doesn't help.
we've tried different browsers, chrome, edge, Firefox too.

    @Elisha Gardner ,

    To better assist you on this issue, kindly do share more details about your scenario. Since the question is posted on azure-communication-service, I believe you're referring to steps outlined in the Azure docs Closed Captions overview or please share the Azure doc that you're referring to.

    As mentioned in the doc -Azure Communication Services allows one to enable Closed Captions for the VoIP calls in private preview. Closed Captions are supported in ACS to ACS calls on all platforms (Anroid, iOS, Web).
