Alternative way to Deploy SSIS Package without Data factory

I need to deploy only few SSIS Package to Azure Database for that I cannot afford the Data factory, is there any Feasible way to deploy the package like using dtex option in Premises Server in Azure

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thanks for posting the query.

    The current design makes it mandatory to have data factory to create the SSISDB in Azure SQL that is required to deploy packages. This uses Azure-SSIS IR (Integration Runtime) currently as per documentation and hence data factory would be needed as in below snap. Also, the pricing of the data factory is quite reasonable and can be checked with examples in MS document and please check the calculator to look at the pricing estimation.

    If you think creating data factory is still not feasible as per your requirement, I would recommend you to post the idea in the feedback forum and Azure SQL Product team would be monitoring them and prioritizing the ideas for future implementations.
