Hi

I deployed a VPN profile using Intune by following the steps in this URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/vpn-gateway/vpn-profile-intune

I managed to get the VPN profile deployed in Windows 11. The issue is when I try to connect it forces me to go to Azure VPN client

I did another deployment through Intune to install the Azure VPN Client, and I managed to get it installed. But the VPN profile is not showing in the Azure VPN Client. I am unsure if there should be additional settings that I need to configure for the VPN profile in the xml file to show the Azure VPN Client.

Any Idea?

@alhuthaifi , Based on my research, I find we can deploy Azure VPN client and VPN profile via Intune to accomplish this. Here is the links with the steps for the reference:
    https://www.joeyverlinden.com/p2s-azure-vpn-gateway-and-azure-vpn-client/
    https://www.microcloud.nl/azure-vpn-point-to-site-part-2-2/
Note: Non-Microsoft link, just for the reference.

Please check if we use the same steps as the above. If not, try it to see if it works.

From your description, I notice the Azure VPN client is deployed and installed on the device side. And the VPN profile is also assigned. Could you check the device status to see if the profile is assigned successfully?

If there's any update, feel free to let us know.

    Hi there,

This problem occurs if one of the following conditions is true:

-The use user-defined routes (UDR) with default route on the Gateway Subnet is set incorrectly.
-The root certificate public key is not uploaded into the Azure VPN gateway.
-The key is corrupted or expired.

Please follow the troubleshooting steps as per the link and share your results after this.
