Sometimes the app icon and app name cannot display in Teams

We tried to repro the issue. However, the app icon and app name are rendering properly.

As mentioned, Please clear the Teams client cache and test if it helps.

Thank you @Prasad-MSFT . The sender can render normally. But the receiver can not. You can try send the link with preview and check it by another account who can receive the link message. I found that this phenomenon will happen after you update your application manifest settings and upload you application again.

Yes @Teams TA - We are able to repro the issue when checked from receiver's end. The app-icon and app-name is not rendering.

Update: Issue is fixed now. Tested in both MS teams web and desktop client (Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.970)

I think that this is a bug.

Here is a quite similas issue like you have.

You could clear the Teams client cache and test if it helps.
