I configured upstream and downstream WSUS Server 2019. clients OS 2008,2019,7& 10 Computer reporting to wsus server with GPO,
but windows 11 OS computer are not Reporting in WSUS Server2019

To make sure if the problem is emerging from client, review the activity from the WindowsUpdate.log in one of the Win11 clients. Check for entries like:
Agent WSUS server:
Agent WSUS status server:
Agent Alternate Download Server:
Agent Target group:
You can generate the most recent WinUpdate log via admin cmdlet: "Get-WindowsUpdateLog"

Hello Sir,
Please try to follow the below steps to check the connection between WSUS server and Windows 11 devices. We could open IE browser on one affected windows 11 device and print the following reference URL:
http://WSUS Server:8530/selfupdate/iuident.cab
You will get a iuident.cab file if the connection is OK.

Did you ever find a solution for this ? I am seeing same behavior on Win 11 clients. All Win 10 clients communicate with no issue.

There are only Windows 11 devices encountered this issue? Please try to provide the following registry values in the affected Windows 11 devices for reference:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsUpdate
Please help to double confirm whether the WUServer and WUStatusServer are configured correct.

@Narender sharma did you try the client side script on my site listed above? If you did, and it's still not working, run down the page, and run through all the troubleshooting steps. The client is responsible for updating WSUS, not the other way around.

In fact, it is not recommended to specify the devices to the WSUS server by the IP address. Please try to convert the IP address to the FQDN and check whether the issue stay.

Wsus configured is correct .
