Hi @Vrunda , Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A platform.
Azure Free Trail has a limit of 4 cores, and you cannot create HDInsight cluster using a Free Trial Subscription because it requires more than 8 cores.
You need to upgrade to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription to create Azure HDInsight clusters.

I am very new to azure. Can you help me with steps to upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go subscription and will I be charge for the HDinsight service and how 200$ free credit will be utilized if I upgrade to Pay-As-You-Go subscription.
