How to turn on python extension in azure data explorer cluster

In order to use python plugin, we need to enable them in the configurations tab in azure data explorer cluster.

However, when I try to follow the same steps, I am unable to click on the save button. The save button grays out.

Also, I am using the SKU Standard_E16as_v4+3TB_PS in accordance with the vm list in this document

I have turned off the data encryption and double encryption as well. The region of cluster is East Asia.

Is there a reason I am not able to enable the language extension in my cluster? Is there something specific I should take care of?
