Azure Ad Auto provision for non gallery application user unable to login

When auto provision for the non gallery application user are imported to the the target application but unable to login through SSO, getting the error like "Need admin approval"

You need to ask your Azure AD administrator to approve that Application.

That is a Security Configuration on your Azure AD
