Thanks for the question and using MS Q&A platform.
Unfortunately, there is no way to access rights limitation and in query based drop down list.
Note: You can only see queries on which you are the owner or have been granted access using the share setting.
There are four permission levels for a query: No Permissions, Can Run, Can Edit, and Can Manage. The table lists the abilities for each permission.
